My dad said something really profound yesterday - and I thought it was definitely worth recording.
We were watching How It’s Made and I was amazed by the tiny little motor that goes into those Kitchen Aid blenders…. so complex and aahhhh so many pieces!
I said how crazy it is that we can make something that intricate. And my dad goes, “and we can’t re-create a human life. We can make just about everything but life, isn’t that interesting?”

I refuse to believe that this year has come to an end. Never in my life has a year gone by so fast. Thinking about life before this year’s experience, I can say I have a handful of things that are memorable. But I know that this is just the beginning… And to say that and to know that is very, very overwhelming (in a good way).
